![]() ![]() You will be prompted to enter the recipients name and email address and given the choice to add an optional gift message. According to their website regarding returns: If youd like to send the order as a gift, please check This is a gift on the shipping page of the checkout process. I have no recollection of subscribing to their refill plan for brushes and toothpaste, and, at their request, have submitted every credit card we own in a game of "guess that #" which they say is never accurate. I purchased the toothbrush from them via Amazon in Dec. There is no one to talk to directly, no way to cancel a gift subscription unless the person who received the gift provides the original credit card information that the gift was purchased under, including an expiration date and billing zip code. The customer can email us at ******************** or respond to our email sent on January 15, 2023, if they have any other questions. The charge on January 11, 2023, has since been refunded and should reflect back into the customer's method of payment within **** business days. However, we followed up via email on January 11, 2023, asking for more information and we did not hear back from them. We confirmed with them we were seeing their charge from December 20, 2022, but did not yet see the charge from January 11, 2023. We can confirm that the customer then reached out on January 11, 2023, via our chatbot feature informing us of a charge that took place on January 11, 2023. We have tested this email and it is working, but it would be helpful to know which email address the customer attempted to contact us at so that we can look into the issue further. As noted in our cancelation process, canceling a Refill Plan will not cancel an order that has already been processed and we ask that customers chat with us or email ************************* to cancel a processing order. In reviewing our records, we show that the customer canceled their two Refill Plans on January 11, 2023. There is no way for me to get my money back now and they didn't even let me try. I was unable to do this because their provided email didn't accept messages, they wouldn't dispute the charge until it was processed, and they wouldn't let me cancel my subscription. Quip does not provide any other way to contact them other than chatbot or email, and their policy says I had to contact them and process a return within 24 hours of receiving an email notifying me of shipment. I gave it 24 hours to see if the charge would go away and it didn't, so I went to their website that informed me of a support email address to email if I did not want a refill order (I had already canceled my subscription at this point and it was still charging me.) After emailing the email that they had directly linked multiple times, I got back the same "Mail Delivery Subsystem" error message informing me that the email I was trying to reach does not exist. The company chat bot essentially told me they'd look into it, but they couldn't find a charge that had processed yet- my charge was still pending. I contacted the company about an unknown charge I received. This seems like a deliberate and dishonest way of doing business to increase revenue by creating obstacles for people who no longer want their services.Original order #: ************************************ Custom bundle with a refill plan Date: There is no customer care number to call or any way to reach a real live company employee who can provide assistance with resolving this matter. This has been going on for several weeks now. I have tried reaching to their customer care email at **************** and have yet to receive a response from them. Several attempts to reset the password yielded no results as my email address associated with the online Quip account did not receive any links or messages for it (I have checked both inbox and junk mail folders). However, I can only do so by logging back into an online account I have not used since I had first set it up, and I cannot remember the login password. I now want to cancel the subscription to stop receiving their products and being charged for unwanted items. I signed up with Quip and created an account last August to receive toothbrush heads every 3 months. ![]()
